Our successful and growing client in Dallas, TX is looking for a Client Services Specialist on a direct hire basis.

Client Services Specialist Role:
The Client Services Specialist will assist on a caseload of small to medium sized 401(k), profit sharing and cash balance plans on the ACS system.
Will have or develop a thorough knowledge of the legal and regulatory environment surrounding qualified retirement plans 
Gain experience on a wide array of recordkeeping functions on ASC
Process payrolls submitted through the portal
Process loan and distributions and accurately code Form 1099 for tax reporting
Run Quarterly loan reports and assist clients with items like final loan payments
Set up new clients on ASC and with other partners as well
Facilitate fund changes due to closure or request including notices
Identify small, force out eligible balances and work through process to notify participants and process the distribution
Assist in creating and delivering final reports for plan terminations and deconversions

Client Services Specialist Background Profile:
Bachelor’ s degree in a business related field in economics, finance, accounting or mathematics field
Experience in the financial or accounting areas a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experienced with the Microsoft Office Suite and specifically Excel
The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, organized, detail oriented and a team player.
