Executive/ Marketing Assistant
Our north Dallas real estate client is looking to hire an Executive/ Marketing Assistant to join their busy team on a direct hire basis.

Company Profile:
Commercial real estate leader with over 50 years in business.

Executive/Marketing Assistant Role:
Administrative duties:
Manage the president’ s calendar and oversee planning for future engagements.
Confirm appointments and keep the president up to date on calendar changes.
Serve as the gate keeper to the president’ s direct phone line.
Perform data entry into their listing software and make updates as needed.
Perform basic bookkeeping duties in QuickBooks.
Serve as an extra set of eyes on leases and LOI.   Review executed leases for specific information.
Review commission agreements, listing agreements, and prepare those for the president’ s approval.
Put together agreements following a standard template.
Process mail – inbound and outbound.
Run personal errands and shop for gifts as needed.
Book travel.

Marketing duties:
Perform competitive marketing analysis and suggest pricing.
Prepare PowerPoint slides for presentations and monthly team meetings.
Write hand-written thank you notes to clients and prospective clients.
Enhance the organization’ s social media presence.
Prepare touch marketing campaigns and make recommendations from promotional books for next logoed item marketing push.
Oversee awards and company celebratory events/acknowledgements.
Make the marketing more streamlined and successful. 
Other duties and projects as assigned.

Executive/Marketing Assistant Background Profile:
A strong sense of organization and proactiveness.
At least 2+ years of office experience.
Previous marketing and executive support experience.
College degree preferred.
Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong comfort working on social media platforms including Twitter, Instagram, Facebook.
