Outstanding opportunity for a Executive Assistant to work with our client in Nashville, TN on a contract basis.

Executive Assistant Role:
The Executive Assistant will support the President and COO, as well as may assist the executive team members as well.
Schedules and organizes complex activities such as meetings, travel, and department and company activities.
Organizes and prioritizes information and calls. Answers phones, takes messages or fields/answers all routine and non-routine questions. Routes calls to relevant parties. 
Distributes corporate communications. Drafts written responses or replies by phone or e-mail when necessary. Responds to regularly occurring requests for information. 
Various administrative duties including a variety of reports, attending meetings and handling meeting minutes, and expense reports.
Acts as a liaison with other departments and outside agencies. Handles confidential and non-routine information and explains policies when necessary. 
Works independently and within a team on special nonrecurring and ongoing projects. Acts as project manager for special projects, which may include: planning and coordinating multiple presentations, disseminating information, and coordinating office meals. 
Types and designs general correspondences, memos, charts, tables, graphs, business plans, etc. Proofreads copy for spelling, grammar and layout, making appropriate changes. Responsible for accuracy and clarity of final copy. 

Executive Assistant Background Profile:
The Executive Assistant will have 3 years+ of C-level administrative experience 
Ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors 
Sensitivity to confidential matters 
Highly organized with attention to details
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite 
Ability to coordinate executive expense reporting 
Heavy experience coordinating travel
An enthusiastic self-starter with proven problem solving skills 
Excellent oral and written communication skills 
Be proactive in identifying areas of support that are applicable to organizational teams 
Deliver exceptional customer service
