Administrative Assistant Role:
Provide administrative support to Pilots and Chief Pilots, at Pilot Domicile Base to ensure completion and distribution of Operational/Administrative functions at Pilot Domicile Base. 
Work to ensure efficient operations of the Pilot Domicile Base by effectively handling a variety of administrative issues.
Disseminates verbal and written information to Pilots and other personnel.
Distributes critical flight information, manual revisions, monthly Schedule Bids, Training Bids, Vacation Bids, Blank Lines, etc.
Responsible for reporting Pilots’ scheduling changes, including any unexpected pulls (death, medical, jury duty, etc.)
File a variety of irregularity reports and ensure that details are logged in the system and distributed to all necessary parties.
Ensure that Pilots have current information from various agencies necessary for them to remain compliant.
Update personal and professional information in scheduling system for compliance purposes (including when line checks are completed, etc.)
Pull information from Crew training scheduling program and communicate with pilots when they are due for line checks, medical check-ups, etc.
File reports in case of Pilot injuries, and act as liaison between Benefits Department and TPA.
Must be able to meet any physical ability requirements listed on this description.

Administrative Assistant Background Profile:
High School diploma or equivalency required. 
College course work or degree preferred. 
1 year prior administrative experience required
Airline operations background preferred.
Excellent administrative skills.
Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skill
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management.
Effectively follows Leadership direction.
Excellent customer service skills required.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work in stressful situations.
Must be able to comply with Company attendance standards as described in established guidelines.
Experience using Microsoft Office products – Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel proficiency required.
Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal direct supervision.
Demonstrates good judgement when given confidential/sensitive information.
Able to assist in the definition of problems/challenges using various techniques to support realistic solutions.
Able to support assignments/projects which are owned cross-departmentally.
