Research Assistant/Data Entry Clerk
Busy client located in Austin, TX has an immediate need for two Research Assistant / Data Entry Clerk on a contract to possible hire basis.

Research Assistant / Data Entry Clerk Role:
The Research Assistant / Data Entry Clerk is primarily responsible for performing data entry for a significant amount of information from electronic or hard copy source material.
Verify accuracy of data entered into the computer through printouts and reports
Extracting data to generate required reports as requested
Researching competitors online to verify and obtain accurate info
Research rates on competitor websites to ensure pricing is comparable
Prepare contracts with pricing
Put together rate sheets in an Excel spreadsheet
Assistance with general office management by scanning and emailing data information within the company
Research Assistant / Data Entry Clerk Background Profile:
2-3 years of experience in an Administrative/Clerical role
Travel, Hotel or Resort industry experience a plus
Bilingual Spanish a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office specifically Excel for creating spreadsheets and be familiar with web searches
High school diploma or equivalent
