Busy and fast paced client located in Scottsdale, AZ has an immediate need for an Administrative Assistant on two to four- month contract basis.

Administrative Assistant Role:
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for researching and validating information as well as extensive work with Google Docs.
Create, update and maintain Excel spreadsheets to validate and track data.
Research information online as well as confirm and update changes
Administrative Assistant Background Profile:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Proficient in Google Docs
Excellent written, oral skills and detail oriented
Ability to navigate the internet efficiently
Excellent time management and problem resolution skills
Ability to multi task and meet deadlines
