Excellent administrative opportunity with a well established and growing company! Our client in  Washington, DC  is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant  on a contract to possible hire basis.   

Company Profile:
Health & Education Policy Consulting Firm 
Established in 2008 
 

Hours:  Monday – Friday 9: 00am-6pm  

Administrative Assistant Role: 
Scheduling and organizing meetings, conferences and other activities
Coordinating domestic travel arrangements 
Managing Partner’ s daily schedule  
Ensure client deadlines are met and day to day activities stay on track
Communicating directly with clients and stakeholders on the Partner’ s behalf in a professional and polished manner
Gather and input necessary documents for all expense reports and expense reimbursements
Provides administrative support to nonrecurring and ongoing projects across the firm
Helps to maintain firm-wide contact lists
As needed, provides project management support to specific projects
Other duties as assigned

Background Profile:
College Degree required 
1+ years of equivalent experience
Ability to provide strong administrative support in a fast-paced, multi-client environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail- and execution-oriented with a “ get stuff done” mentality
Strong Customer Service Skills & Client service mentality
Strong interpersonal skills, an enthusiastic attitude and enjoys a team-based culture
Strong MS Office Skills are a MUST – Excel, Word, Outlook
