Administrative Assistant
Our client, located in Nashville, TN, is in need of an Administrative Assistant for a contract to possible hire opportunity.

Company Profile:
Distribution branch of a large door manufacturing company
Has been in business for 60+ years
Multiple locations across the country

Your Role:
Answer phones 
Take and process customer orders
Invoice customers
Provide quotes
Manage purchase order receipts and transfers
Maintain daily receipts and bank statements
Schedule product pick-up, production and delivery schedules

Background Profile:
2+ years of administrative support experience in a construction, distribution or shipping/receiving environment
Strong writing skills
Excellent customer service skills and previous experience entering PO’ s and accounting information
Previous experience taking orders from customers would be ideal 
Proficient in all Microsoft office products
Must be willing to help out in other areas when needed
