Administrative Assistant
Our busy Real Estate client located in Ft. Worth, TX  has an immediate need for an Administrative Assistant on a contract basis and could go contract to possible hire for the right skill set. 

Administrative Assistant Role:
The Administrative Assistant will answer the phones, expense reports, draft documents and correspondence as well as assist with coordinating meetings. 
Greet clients via phone and in person while maintain a calm, comforting demeanor. 
Schedule meetings and set up and clean up conference rooms as well as provide any and all documents needed for meetings.
Assist tenants, staff, vendors and maintenance on a daily basis with any and all needs. 
Follow up with tenants, staff, vendors and maintenance to keep them up to date on all repairs to resolve issues in a timely manner.
Plan events for tenants on a monthly and quarterly basis including monthly Newsletters.

Administrative Assistant Background Profile:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
At least 2 years of previous administrative experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact in a professional and courteous manner with clients, staff and vendors. 
Must have experience in MS Office Suite
