Administrative Assistant
Unique client located in Phoenix has an immediate need for an Administrative Assistant on a contract to possible hire basis.

Recycling Industry
Family Owned Business
Team Environment 
Tenured Staff

Administrative Assistant: 
Greet office visitors and assist with their accommodations
Answer phone calls and transfer to appropaite party
Assist customers with general questions
Processing paperwork 
Handling customer conplaints
Other general adminsitrative duties as needed

Administrative Assistant: 
1+ Years of Administrative Experience
Bilingual in Spanish-Preferred
Experience in Trasporation industry- Preferred
Strong MS Office Skills
Ability to work independently with strong organizational skills, excellent follow up and follow through skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
