Benefits Administrative Coordinator Role:
The Benefits Administrative Coordinator will be taking customer service calls in support of the company’ s employee benefits hotline.  
This person will provide outrageous customer service and hospitality consistently to all employees and on every call they answer.
Answer calls regarding health benefit plans – Medical, Dental, Vision and Life insurance plans
Ensure employee’ s questions are answered and/or they know next steps.
The ideal candidate will have very strong communication and customer service skills, and desire to be on the phone answering calls as their primary duty.

Benefits Administrative Coordinator Background Profile:
The Benefits Administrative Coordinator will have a High School diploma or equivalent.
1+ years’ recent customer service experience working in a high-volume call center environment.
Experience providing customer support over the phone.
Benefits experience and an understanding of health plans is preferred.
General working knowledge of Employee Benefits is helpful.
SAP knowledge is helpful but not required.
This position requires above average communication skills, while embodying a true customer service attitude and being customer service oriented.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with sensitive situations.
Excellent phone etiquette.
