Bilingual Customer Service / Data Entry
Our client, located in West Houston, TX, is in need of a Bilingual Customer Service / Data Entry person for a contract to possible hire role. 

Company Profile:
Family owned business
They do resurfacing of cabinets and counters for apartments buildings

Your Role:
Take orders from customers over the phone and by email
Process the orders by inputting the information into the computer, scanning documents, etc.
Follow-up on orders
The majority of the day will be spent receiving calls, but this person will also be making outbound calls to current and previous clients letting them know that a technician is in their area
Will follow a script for all calls
Will take calls from customers that are sometimes upset and must be able to deescalate the situation and make the customer happy
Data entry – must be accurate

Background Profile:
High school diploma
Must be Bilingual English/Spanish
5+ years of experience
Call center or other similar experience that involved phone support to customers
Will also consider candidates that have a strong administrative background if part of their responsibilities was to communicate with customers
Candidates who have experience deescalate upset customers will have preference
Must have strong communication skills, both in English and in Spanish
Must be detail oriented and be able to multitask

Although no insurance is offered, they do contribute $200 per month for employees to get insurance on their own after 6 months of employment
3 days of vacation are earned in the first 6 months, 7 additional days can be earned in the remaining 6 months
8 paid holidays after 90 days
