Bilingual Customer Service Representative Role:
Manage large amounts of incoming calls
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Take the extra mile to engage customers

Bilingual Customer Service Representative Background Profile:
High school diploma or equivalent
Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred
Customer Service experience is required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Great telephone personality and demeanor
Basic PC skills necessary, plus a technical aptitude to learn more
Ability to process information quickly and have the ability to be flexible
Must be able to work 11: 30 am – 7: 30 pm, Monday – Friday
