?Business Development Director
Our client, located in The Woodlands, TX, has an immediate opening for a Business Development Director. This is a Direct Hire opportunity.

Company Profile:
B2B company that promotes software as a service

Your Role:
The main purpose of this role is present and promote different company products and services 
This is done by cold calling and calling on warm leads provided by the organization
Will be responsible for working with different departments, resolving customer issues, tracking sales activity and production and working with management to exceed sales targets
Will work with companies to offer seminars to promote products and answering questions 
Will work directly with the company founder to be trained and develop a successful sales plan

Background Profile:
Must have a background of successful consultative sales experience
3+ years of successful sales experience
Previous experience with sales tracking software such as Salesforce or another CRM
Must be highly motivated by sales target and success
Must have experience doing presentations to prospective customers
Previous SaaS experience would be ideal for this role
Very strong negotiation skills
Must be comfortable with cold calling and setting appointments for online and in person presentations
