Customer Service Representative
Our busy and growing client located in Wheatridge, CO has an immediate need for a Customer Service Representatives on contract basis.

Customer Service Representative Role:
The Customer Service Representative will take inbound calls and make outbound calls to assist customers, answer any questions related to products, service and provide shipping updates in reference to products ordered.
Ensure all phone conversations with clients are handled in a professional manner
Enter new client information and update existing account info as needed
Build strong working relationships with customers and suppliers to enhance existing accounts
Customer Service Representative Background Profile:
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Must have the ability to produce in a face paced environment
1-2 years of customer service or general office experience
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
Strong Communication Skills
