Customer Service Representative
Our Scottsdale, AZ client has a contract opportunity for a one-month Customer Service Representative role. Could become a contract to hire opportunity.

Payment processing company with over 5, 000 customers and 100 employees
Established over 10 years ago
Customer Service Representative role:
The Customer Service Representative must be available between 8AM – 5PM
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing effective customer service for all customers by using knowledge of company products and services.
Interact with customers to provide information in response to questions, concerns and complaints by phone, email and chat.
Resolve routine and basic problems and communicates solution or required information to the customer.
Analyze a customer’ s service needs and refer to other servicer or technical departments for follow up as needed.
May process billing and adjustment transactions in accordance with established written procedures.
Assist with the setup and maintenance of services and processing systems.
Will use system to record activities and research product information.
Work under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area.
Customer Service Representative Background Profile:
1-3 years Customer Service experience handling inbound calls in a professional manner
Experience in the mortgage industry, bank, or merchant processor is ideal but not required
High School diploma or equivalent
Must be technically savvy
Self-motivated and able to achieve tasks efficiently
Required hours: 8am-5pm
Professional attitude and excellent phone etiquette
Proficient in Microsoft Office
