Our Fort Worth, TX client is on the hunt for a Desktop Support Specialist to join their team on a contract basis.  This is your chance to get your foot in the door with a great company!

Company Profile:

A growing mixed-use property management company with over 20 years in business.

Desktop Support Specialist Role:

Offer desktop support for over 100 pc’ s and macs across many different locations.

Support VoIP phone system (RingCentral).

Manage printer and copier issues.

Offer support on smart phones and tablets – mixed use of Apple and Android products.

As needed, offer basic technical training to the team.

Assist efforts in network administration.

Report to the Research and Technology directors.

Some light networking related functions may take up each day.

Desktop Support Specialist Background Profile:

At least 1-2 years of hands-on desktop support experience.

Excellent communication skills are a must – you will work with people across all levels of the organization.

Related tools for this role include: MS Office 365, Windows 7 and up, Mac OS, Active Directory, Remote Desktop, Firewalls (Sonicwall Firewalls), RingCentral, Box.com, Mimecast, Okta SSO and more.  Experience in most of these is highly preferred.

Must be able to juggle multiple deadlines.

Bachelor’ s degree is preferred.
