Our Dallas, TX client is looking to grow their Financial Analyst team with several opportunities on a direct hire basis. This position is primarily responsible for performing asset and liability management analysis for banking institutions.

Financial Analyst Role:
Processes large, complex data-sets.
Applies correct methods and assumptions within analytical models.
Generates model results and ensure accuracy.
Understands model results and communicates the significance of those results verbally and in writing.
Performs liquidity analysis, mortgage servicing rights valuation, what-if scenario analyses, and adhoc reporting.

Financial Analyst Profile:
2-5 years previous financial analysis experience
Bachelor’ s degree from four-year college or university in a technical field; Finance, accounting or related degree preferred.
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Advanced knowledge of Excel.
Knowledge of Access, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Synthesizes complex or diverse information; collects and researches data; uses intuition and experience to complement data; designs work flows and procedures.
Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; gathers and analyzes information skillfully; develops alternative solutions; works well in group problem solving situations.
Communicates changes and progress; completes projects on time and budget.
Assesses own strengths and weaknesses; pursues training and development opportunities; strives to continuously build knowledge and skills; shares expertise with others.
Strong interpersonal skills; communicates project statuses effectively; maintains positive working relationships both internally and externally.
Responds promptly to customer needs; responds to requests for service and assistance; meets commitments.
