Front Desk/Administrative Assistant:
Our client located in Dallas, TX is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist/Administration Assistant on a contract to possible hire basis for at least 2 months.

Your Role:
The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for performing clerical tasks such as answering phones, transferring calls to appropriate personnel, filing, making labels, scanning and sending letters
Greet customers and clients 
Receive and distribute all mail, faxes, and deliveries
Assist Sales Department on putting together marketing materials
Assist Accounting Departmet the Investor Portal
Order and manage all office supplies 

Background Profile:
High School Diploma or GED is required
1-2 years of experience working as the Front Desk Receptionist
Must be trainable
Present excellent telephone skills and customer service skill
Outgoing personality
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Highly organized, ethical, dependable, and flexible
