Our customer focused client in Bedford, TX is looking for an HR Recruiting Coordinator on a 3 month contract basis.

HR Recruiting Coordinator Role:
The HR Recruiting Coordinator will assist with recruitment efforts and help with administrative tasks.
Participate in recruitment efforts for exempt and non exempt personnel
Submit job postings online, maintain job postings, and maintain applicant flow logs
Greet and set up candidates to perform assessments of tests and coordinate results with recruiters
Source and screen candidates
May travel to college campuses or job fairs to speak to potential candidates and distribute materials about the company
Assist with new hire paperwork and tracking paperwork and ensuring all paperwork and acknowledgments are signed and accounted for
Assist with benefits administration and other HR related tasks as needed
HR Recruiting Coordinator Background Profile:
The HR Recruiting Coordinator will have a High School diploma or the equivalent
College degree is a plus
2-3 years’ experience with recruiting including experience with job posting
Experience recruiting for call centers/high volume a huge plus
Experience with interviewing and screening candidates – extremely familiar with knowing how to conduct an interview
Strong Excel skills – there will be heavy tracking in Excel spreadsheets
Ability to write formulas in Excel is a huge plus
Computer proficient in MS Office Suite
Experience utilizing ATS and or HRIS systems preferred
Ability to maintain confidentiality and success in handling sensitive information with discretion and sound judgement
Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
Great verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills, along with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
