Inside Sales Representative – Business Development Role:
The Inside Sales Representative – Business Development role will be responsible for cold calls into hospitals targeting service line directors and higher level marketing contacts to grow and expand the client base.
Responsible for selling a new education platform that delivers content via smart phone, tablet, or computer.
Define target contact within prospect accounts and present digital and print materials
Responsible for using a combination of cold calls and email to communicate with contacts
Work closely with other team members while responsible for making outbound calls within a specific territory in the US
Responsible for entering all information into the CRM system
Inside Sales Representative – Business Development Background Profile:
High school diploma or equivalent
Bachelor’ s degree a plus
4+ years’ sales experience, with at least 1 year in technology sales
Experience running live demos is a plus
Experience cold calling into hospitals is a huge plus
Healthcare background a plus
Ability to provide software demonstrations to upper management level prospects
SaaS experience is a plus
Knowledge of MS Office
Salesforce experience is a plus
Strong ability to multi-task and excellent phone etiquette
The ideal candidate will be passionate about selling and willing to do cold calling
Self-motivated and driven
Excellent verbal communications skills
Must like working in a team environment and be a team player
