Office Assistant    
Our client in Moore, OK has an immediate need for an Office Assistant on a contract basis.

Office Assistant Role:
The Office Assistant will provide support to the claims staff and perform other office tasks. 
Setting up/entering new claims
Entering inventories, pricing inventories and updating notes
Processing mail, filing and faxing
Preparing/reviewing letters and answering phone calls

Office Assistant Profile:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
1+ years of insurance or professional office experience or working as a claims assistant 
Ability to type 45wpm
Excellent oral and written communication
Knowledge of Excel and Word
Strong organizational skills
