Office Assistant 
Our busy client in Phoenix, AZ has an immediate need for an Office Assistant on a long-term contract to possible hire basis.

Office Assistant Role:
The Office Assistant is responsible for answering phones, data entry and processing incoming and outgoing mail. 
First point of contact for callers, must be patient, friendly and outgoing
Receive and distribute mail
Respond to clients via email as well as update account information

Office Assistant Background Profile:
High School Diploma
At least 1 years of experience working in an office or data entry
Proficiency using Microsoft Office is required
Excellent and accurate data entry
