Outbound Customer Service Representative 
Busy client located in Phoenix, AZ has an immediate need for multiple Outbound Customer Service Representatives on a contract basis.

Outbound Customer Service Representative Role:
The Outbound Customer Service Representative will be responsible for making outbound calls from a list of contacts to get them to complete a survey.  
Make outbound calls to front desk/receptionist staff at childcare facilities to obtain answers to a questionnaire with 25-26 questions
Update system with accurate records

Outbound Customer Service Representative Background Profile:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 
At least 1-2 years outbound customer service experience 
Proficient in MS Office with excellent and accurate data entry skills
