Part-time Accounts Receivable
Our client, located in Austin, TX, is in need of a Part-time Accounts Receivable specialist for contract to possible role. This position will be from 9 am to 1 pm, Monday through Friday. This person must be able to work from home part of the time with company provided laptop.

Company Profile:
Service firm specializing in the medical industry

Your Role:
The main responsibility of this role is to be responsible for the receipt and accounting of funds being paid to the organization. 
Will also serves as an auditor, ensuring that invoices are accurate and that proper accounting procedures are followed to account for the receipt of payment for goods and services completed by the organization.
Responsible for preparing AR reports
Create invoices
Receive and apply customer payments
Work with customers to research and solve payment discrepancies
Work in QuickBooks and Excel on a daily basis

Background Profile:
Must have the ability to work remotely from home part of the time would be ideal. Company would provide a laptop.
The ability to move to a full-time position after being hired on with the client is a possibility, so someone with that flexibility would be ideal
2+ years of experience in accounts payable
High School diploma is required, associates degree in Accounting, finance or business is preferred
Previous experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Great Plains or similar software
Proficient at MS Office including advanced Excel skills
MUST be able to engage with vendors, customers and collaborate with a team
Must be able to work from 9 am to 1 pm, Monday through Friday
