Part-time Administrative Assistant
Our Denver Client is client is looking for a Part-time Administrative Assistant on a contract basis to support their management team and office employees.

Part-time Administrative Assistant Role:
Provide a range of general office support duties, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and maintaining office supplies/equipment.
Schedule travel for employees and specific external partners.
Process expense reports and manage receipts.
Coordinate employee events including training, webinars, general celebrations, and other planned events.
Complete daily lunch and dinner orders.
Compile reports and assist with presentation development as needed.
Oversee incoming mail and direct it to the appropriate parties.
Design, develop, and edit spreadsheets and forms.
Manage files – electronic and hard-paper copies, and file appropriately, sometimes lifting up to 15 pounds.
Part-time Administrative Assistant Background Profile:
Associates or Bachelor’ s Degree with 3+ years of hands-on related experience.
Strong skill level working with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat.
Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
Outstand customer service history.
Experienced in travel coordination.
