Outstanding opportunity to join a busy and growing company in Fort Worth, TX as a Payroll Assistant / Administrative Assistant on a contract to possible hire basis.

Payroll Assistant / Administrative Assistant Role:
The Payroll Assistant / Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the various departments within the company.
Responsibilities will include:
Answering the phones and routing calls to the appropriate person/department
Receiving and interacting with incoming visitors
Assisting the Office Manager/ Billing Manager with administrative payroll duties which includes creating spreadsheets in Excel, inputting the information in their system, and then forwarding the information on to corporate to be completed and processed
Making collection calls and emails 
Various administrative duties to assist the sales department such as assisting with compiling rental contracts, purchase orders and invoicing
Compiling documents and reports for various departments
Prepare and edit correspondence, communications and other documents
Files and retrieve documents and reference materials
Open, sort, and distribute correspondence including email, faxes, and US mail
Ensure operation of office equipment, order maintenance when necessary

Payroll Assistant / Administrative Assistant Background Profile:
High School Diploma or equivalent
2+ years’ experience in an office/administrative environment
Experience in a construction environment a plus
Proficient with MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook specifically
Payroll duties will require ability to create spreadsheets in Excel
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Able to learn specific company software
Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
Team player
