Our busy and growing company in Lakewood, CO is looking for a Sales Support Specialist on a direct hire basis.

Sales Support Specialist Role:
The Sales Support Specialist will assist in achieving customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.
Responsible for calls each day, talking to existing clients as well as prospects and assisting with the sales process
Responsible for proposal and contract administration support, and documenting in the CRM system
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow up, outbound calls, trade show leads and marketing campaigns
Manage the lead generation process for new opportunities and provide timely follow up 
Answer prospect questions accurately and timely
Track all opportunities, proposals, sales, status reports, etc. in CRM system
Maintain customer database by inputting customer profile and updates
Assist the Sales department by preparing sales presentations by compiling data and developing presentation formats and materials
Prepares and tracks sales information and compiles it into an easily readable format
Prepare and distribute monthly reports for the sales team
Regarding proposal administration – Maintain company’ s proposal guidelines and templates
Edit and proofread proposals
Create and manage proposals for assigned opportunities and deliver within deadlines/timeframes, and check for accuracy
Assist Business Development with creating proposals and RFP’ s for complex and customized needs/clients
Prepare and deliver new contracts for assigned opportunities
Obtain signed contracts from clients and manage the renewal of client contracts
Ensure contract renewals are conducted in a timely manner
Prepare and deliver price change notifications to clients and answer or address any feedback as necessary
Keep current and accurate information and records always

Sales Support Specialist Background Profile:
The Sales Support Specialist will have an Associate’ s degree 
Bachelor’ s degree is preferred
3+ years of sales administration/support experience
Experience selling in the credit union industry a plus
Experience in the Financial Services industry preferred
Experience sending out and following up on proposals and contracts
1-3 years of contract management or proposal development experience a plus
2+ years of CRM software experience 
SalesForce.com experience is a plus
Strong Microsoft Office skills – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
The ideal candidate will be sales driven, results driven and have a strong attention to detail/accuracy.
Strong listening skills and phone presence
Experience being on the phone and making numerous calls each day
Ability to create and deliver client presentations and proposals
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated, team player, thrives in a fast-paced environment
