Fast-paced, growing translation/interpretation company expanding to Dallas, TX has an immediate need for a Scheduler / Customer Service Representative on a contract to possible hire basis.

Scheduler / Customer Service Representative Role: 
The Scheduler / Customer Service Representative  will schedule and assign appointments for 200+ vendors/linguists to provide translation and interpretation services as well as maintain and update client data.
Complete daily logs, prepare daily and monthly reports
Collaborate with corporate
Interact with clients in a professional manner via phone

Scheduler / Customer Service Representative Background Profile:
High School Diploma or Equivalent 
Associates Degree preferred
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proficient in MS Office 
Must have a high sense of urgency and ability to work calmly under pressure
Detail-oriented, fast-learner with a strong work ethic and team player mentality
High level of confidentiality
Training for the position will take place in the Denver Office, and candidates should be aware they will need to travel for the training.
