Scheduler / Dispatcher
Fast-paced, growing translation/interpretation company expanding to Dallas, TX has an immediate need for a Scheduler / Dispatcher on a contract to possible hire basis.

Scheduler / Dispatcher Role:
The Scheduler / Dispatcher will schedule and assign appointments for 200+ vendors/linguists to provide translation and interpretation services as well as maintain and update client data.
Responsible for creating and maintaining an integrated schedule that makes the most effective and efficient use of resources
Develop, monitor and communicate schedules for our clients and linguists nationwide
Provides leadership and assistance to the clients while understanding the scheduling process
Works with the client to integrate the milestone dates into the schedule
Works with the linguists to develop a detailed schedule of availability
Assumes responsibility for scheduling process and the accuracy and implementation of the schedule
Identifies resource requirements for the scheduled jobs
Work closely with clients, planners, supervisors and personnel to obtain accurate daily progress updates as needed
Scheduler / Dispatcher Background Profile:
1+ years of scheduling experience
Detailed oriented and a committed high performer
Proficient in Microsoft applications, such as Word and Excel, and have the ability to learn new systems quickly
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrates good interpersonal skills and works well with personnel at all levels
Well organized with the ability to multitask
Demonstrate leadership skills – inspire others and lead them through influence
A self-starter who can identify, prioritize and accomplish multiple tasks
Able to work within an empowered team environment
Training for the position will take place in the Denver Office, and candidates should be aware they will need to travel for the training.
