Receptionist
Our client, located in Humble, TX, is in need of a Receptionist on a Contract to Hire basis.

Company Profile:
Rental equipment company with multiple locations

Your Role:
This will likely be a working interview for one week, and then they will make their decision to continue the contract to hire position or not
Responsible for answering phones, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls and taking accurate messages
Will greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
Will direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
Be able to provide basic and accurate information in-person or via phone/email
Some light filing
Sorting and distributing of the mail
Will be handling high volume phones with 9 lines

Background Profile:
High school diploma
Must have professional appearance and communication skills including speaking voice, writing and email skills
Must have a friendly and outgoing personality
Previous experience with high volume phones
Experience with computers is a must
Light experience with Word and Excel
Proficient skills at Outlook
