Our Addison, TX client is seeking an Engineering Technical Account Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting equipment, and when necessary escalating issues to account manager or engineering group in U.S. or Japan.
- Responsible for answering customer’s technical questions at trade shows and seminars.
- Provide equipment training to customers at their facility.
- Able to travel both within sales territory and internationally.
- While engineering is the bulk of the responsibility sales and marketing will also be a part of the position. Applicant will provide quotation, attend trade shows, and make presentations.
Qualifications:
- Applicant must have a valid U.S. work permit.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience
- DOS experience is required.
- Must be able to travel frequently and able to travel internationally.
- MS Office Suite and MS Windows knowledge required.
- Flexible and willing to learn.
- Bilingual skills in either Japanese, Spanish, or French a plus.
