Job Summary:
Small business needs an IT professional responsible for all aspects of information management technologies used to assist and support 35 staff members. This position will respond to inquiries and requests for assistance with software, technical, hardware and other problems to be resolved. Candidate must provide expertise, advice and advance knowledge, including in-depth problem solving.

Duties:
Provide first-level contact and problem resolution for all users with hardware, software and applications problems
Solve problems on Windows and Apple platforms
Respond to questions from callers and emails: assist users in-house as well as remotely assist with users with technology problems.
Expertise as a highly effective program manager. Will be required to manager services provided by IT vendors including Web hosting, managed network connection, server and desktop support outsourcer, email service, email marketing and phone system vendors
Ability to develop, debug and deploy SQL Server data access routines and stored procedures
Ability to interact effectively with high level professionals dependent on their devices. Proactively communicating status of issues and rapidly diagnosing and solving problems to ensure business continuity.
HTML knowledge is preferred, with some tangible experience doing Web design. WordPress experience is a plus

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent degree preferred. (relevant experience may be substituted).

Position Description:
Motivate and Support your Technicians: This is your main priority as a Dispatcher.
Keep your Technicians Happy: Make their job easier by keeping the communication lines open and making yourself available to them.
Set Boundaries: Ensure your Technician is completing his work. However, always remain friendly. If there are any issues, escalate to Management.
Technicians’ Policies and Procedures: Familiarize yourself with the daily duties your Technician is responsible for, example Customer satisfaction, contact the Customer 30 minutes out, up-front pricing, correct invoicing, collecting payment, etc.
Maximize the Technician’s Work Time and Minimize Travel Time: Learn the Technician’s service territories. Dispatch according to the location and description of Service Call.
Time Management: Monitor your Technician’s time management and assist the Technician when necessary. Use Nextraq to determine if the Technician is on schedule, if not contact the Technician and work together for a solution.
Avoid Overbooking & Minimize Call-backs: Make certain all Technicians’ are equally booked according to their abilities and the job description. Below are the most common service calls.
Ensure Customer Satisfaction: Adhere to the Customer’s service call window. If the Job is a morning call – make certain your Technician has the Purchase Order he needs for supplies and any additional items needed for the job.
Happy Calls: Contact the Customer to verify their satisfaction. IF there is an issue, escalate to Management.

Position Requirements:
1 to 3 years’ experience in a service dispatch position
HS Diploma or GED equivalent required
Previous use of a residential service customer software required
HIGHLY preferred if previously used ServiceCEO or SuccessWare21 in a previous dispatch position
HIGHLY preferred previous experience in the residential pool industry
Ability to multitask and communicate clearly with customers
Helpful and positive personality

Description:
The Internet Systems Engineer under minimal supervision provides strategic thinking, design, communication and analysis of system interactions for all Information Systems’ applications.  The strategic thinking focuses on solving business needs in a strategic fashion.  The Systems Engineer makes many high level and low level design choices, including but not limited to providing standards, tools, and methodologies.  Communications is a key aspect to this role and the overall architectural vision must be communicated in a clear way.  The Systems Engineer will deal with boundaries, interfaces and interactions between all systems.
The Systems Engineer is also responsible for applications, database servers and associated data. The Systems Engineer will work closely with database developers and other development teams on projects related to ERP systems, the web site, and Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity.
Systems and Databases included are Universe, MQ, Web Services, J2EE, SQL, DB2, Oracle, UV, Unix, Linux, Windows and others.

Responsibilities:
Architect new systems and re-design existing systems to ensure simplicity, reliability, availability and serviceability, implement upgrades and technologies
Monitor and report on key information to ensure performance and availability and provide capacity planning
Document procedures and other reference material
Coordinate with numerous departments to facilitate projects, integrations, support, input and oversight
Communicate standards, methodologies, and concepts
Automate tasks to remove manual processes and improve efficiencies
Provide regular analysis and written recommendations on system improvements
Configure, maintain and support applications
Lead and mentor team members and others in areas of expertise
Provide roadmaps for future improvements of all systems based on vision and understanding of business needs

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
Five years of experience in Systems Engineering

TECHNICAL SKILLS
Strong skills with Microsoft Environment web app and web services – required
Experience with Windows operating systems – required
Experience in analyzing, understanding, designing and implementing new products, services, and utilities in the web environment – required.
Experience with Unix or Linux operating systems – preferred
Skills with Microsoft Environment C#/ Visual Studio – preferred
Experience integrating software systems
Must have an excellent understanding of RDBMS and database theories.
Ability to read and interpret documents and write reports.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Aptitude to solve technical and practical problems and make recommendations to technical test members.
Strong analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
PC experience in a Microsoft Windows environment; proficient with internet, email, MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and other software.
Possess good interpersonal skills.
Possess strong organizational skills.
Demonstrates a positive attitude toward self and others.

Qualifications:

1+ years of relevant experience preferred
Must be P&C licensed or able to obtain Property and Casualty insurance license within 60 days of employment (company pays for coursework and test)

Develop and analyze statistical data and product specifications to determine standards and to establish quality and reliability expectancy of finished products.
Assist the Quality manager to formulate, document and maintain quality control standards and on-going quality objectives.
Able to problem solve and handle any quality issues in an efficient manner.   Develop corrective actions to prevent the reoccurrence of quality issues.
Manage NCR process by recording and tracking documentation of NCRs.
Assist with documentation standards as required by customer specific ITP’s.
Responsible for 3rd party scheduling related to witness / monitor points, accompany 3rd party inspectors and customer inspectors to subcontractor facilities.
Verify all documentation and data books are completed accurately and in a timely manner.

Requirements:
Looking for a career in the area of Quality Management.
Strong written and oral communication skills required
Experience with ASTM, ASME, ABS and or DNV requirements a plus
Knowledge of Quality System processes and procedures.
Knowledge of steel materials, specifications and tolerances a plus
Previous experience with metal fabrication or heavy manufacturing
Knowledge of NDE techniques including MT, UT, RT
NDT training or certifications would be beneficial
Good communication skills, written and verbal

Educational Requirements or Experience:
4 year degree is preferred
2-5 years of Inspection, Quality Control, Quality Management experience, preferably in the area of metal fabrication or construction.

Serves as lead Java Developer by overseeing assigned projects.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or GED required.
A Bachelor’s Degree in computer science preferred

Unix experience preferred.

Field Engineer – Addison TX

Frontline Source Group  – temporary staffing and direct hire firm – is looking for a Field Engineer based in our Dallas office client on a direct hire basis.

The Field Engineer supports the field and in-house testing of complex sensor systems that are used in high speed banknote sorting.  The sensors require custom optics, complex high-speed electronics, challenging mechanical packaging, and highly optimized image processing algorithms executing on multiple Giga-Hertz class DSPs.  The Field Engineer will work closely with the engineering team throughout the development process and system deployment.  The Field Engineer executes test plans designed to verify sensor functionality and performance and then summarizes and presents the results to the engineering team.  Testing is performed at corporate and customer sites, requiring 65 -70% domestic and international travel.

Functional Description:
Perform testing of newly developed products and concepts, including design of experiments, data collection, and data reduction
Execute test plans, observe and record results, and provide summaries to engineering team
Investigate system anomalies and performance issues to determine the root cause

Position Summary:
Independently prepares bid packages, conceptual estimates, analysis of subcontractor bids, etc.  Represents the Client in meetings with owners, architects and engineers, and contractors.  Gathers, calculates and compiles data for use in conceptual/bid proposal estimates, preparing routine estimates without supervision.  Mentors less experienced members of estimating staff.

Position Responsibilities:
Interfaces with subcontractors and suppliers to evaluate proposals relative to the scope of work.
Analyzes blueprints and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials and labor estimates.
Solicits, interviews and pre-qualifies subcontractors. Manages a database of qualified subcontractors capable of worksite completion.  Chooses appropriate subs for projects, eliminates poorly qualified subs and manages process to necessary DBE goals.
Prepares estimates for use in selecting vendors or subcontractors and for planning, organizing and scheduling work.
Budgets, estimates and prepares contracts for negotiated, select-bid and hard-bid projects.
Mentors and develops other members of the estimating staff.
Develops owner and subcontractor contracts.
Completes subcontractor buyout and turnover process.
Independently prepares proposals which meet quality standards, sets timelines and fee projections. Accurately scopes out length and difficulty of projects and related tasks.
Reconciles schematic drawings back to conceptual budget.
Establishes realistic and achievable construction durations.
Researches local code and permit requirements.
Adheres to estimating policies and procedures.
Prepares value engineering as needed.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Sciences, Mechanical or Civil Engineering or related field and 5-7+ years estimating experience or equivalent combination of technical training and related experience.
Experience in commercial and healthcare construction.
Experience in conceptual estimating.
Experience in both a negotiated and hard-bid environment.
Experience with Timberline or equivalent estimating software.
LEED certification preferred.
BIM experience preferred.
Willingness to travel to local and regional jobsites as needed.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Understanding of design techniques, tools and principles involved in production of technical plans, blueprints, drawings and models.
Strong computer skills and familiarity with the Microsoft suite of products.
Effective in presentations and effectively selling the company.
Ability to interpret quantitative and non-quantitative requirements from construction documents.
Ability to build and maintain client and subcontractor relationships.

Data Center Technician – Carrollton TX

Responsibilities:
We are looking for technology individuals who have experience as a Physical Layer Tech and/ or seeking  a ground floor break into the IT field. Great for recent graduates and recent entries into the IT work force. Although the position will focus on the logistics of delivering high volume IT gear into a massive data center it is a perfect start into the eventual career of a systems engineer or similar role. Your duties will be as follows:
Experience with putting together POD’s, racks, servers, and working on data center raised floors.
Receive in all IT inventory, bar-code scan, and document on an Excel spreadsheet.
Search for and provide inventory based on requests from systems installers and engineers.
Take inventory directly onto the data center floor / remove inventory from the data center floor.
Provide physical security by manning the inventory cage and / or raised floor area and preventing un-authorized access.
Maintaining inventory information in Excel and providing daily reports of current inventory status.
Other miscellaneous logistics duties as they come up.
Besides being technically savey with experience with servers/ server rooms, You must be ready for physical warehouse labor including some lifting of inventory. You must be dynamic, motivated, and a self-starter. You must have reliable transportation. You must be proficient in English. You must be familiar with Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Excel.  You must be able to pass a thorough criminal background check, no exceptions on this point. You need to be able to get up to speed quickly and keep up in a fast paced environment.

Frontline Source Group  – temporary staffing and direct hire firm – is looking for a Export Classification Specialist for our Houston, TX client, located in the Heights, for a contract opportunity that is project based.

The Export Classification Specialist will work closely with attorneys and clients in determining the appropriate export jurisdiction and classification of products, as well as the related Schedule B, or Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) number, classification.  This is a contract position.

Duties and Responsibilities
Determine export jurisdiction and classification of products from product catalogs provided by clients.
Determine HTS number for products.
Work with clients to obtain necessary information to determine jurisdiction and classification.
Contact manufacturers to obtain classification information.
Conduct Customs ruling research in order to determine appropriate HTS number.
Work with attorneys to determine appropriate classifications.
Document classification review and basis for determination.

Position Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience.
3+ years of experience
Previous classification experience (export and HTS)
Understand how to determine export control jurisdiction
Ability to determine export classification
Must show proficiency at HTS classification
Must be detail oriented
Excellent organizational skills

Patient Insurance Advocate – Austin TX

Frontline Source Group  – temporary staffing and direct hire firm – is looking for a Patient Insurance Advocate for our Austin, TX client for a Temporary opportunity.

Previous medical office experience is preferred. This person will be handling insurance verifications and must have excellent customer service skills.

Schedule: Hours are somewhat flexible but should run typically between 7:00 am to 7:00 pm. Tuesdays are from 7am to 7pm. M, W, Th are from 7am – 4pm. Fridays will end closer to 1:00pm.

Duties:
Process insurance for patients
Process files as needed
Will assist the center director administratively
Filing
Work in Outlook, Word, and Excel

Requirements:
3+ year in an administrative capacity, ideally in a medical office
MS Office experience is preferred (Word, Excel, Outlook)
A great attitude with a strong aptitude working in a high-stress, fast-paced environment
Previous experience scheduling appointment
EXCELLENT customer service skills

General Job Functions:
Develop the Southern US territory of Texas, Oklahoma and Louisiana, for products offered by client. You will be responsible for calling on builders, contractors, architects, designers and to facilitate the sale of products along with providing specialized knowledge and support. Our Outside Sales Reps are highly motivated sales professionals who are passionate about new business development around premium products.

Summary of Position:
ARCHITECT: Reach out to architects and build solid relationships by Product introduction, education, and developing solutions for their project needs and get VIVA Railings specified.
Respond to leads and sales opportunities by scheduling appointments and meeting with potential customers for product demonstrations, to provide quotes and close sales
Call on and develop consultative relationship with builders, specifying architects and designers educate them on products and services, influence them to specify Marvin products and develop project sales opportunities. Conduct sales presentations and product knowledge meetings.
Identify effective and active local building industry organizations; be active to build brand awareness and develop relationships.  Represent the Company at industry events and trade and home shows.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, delivery, construction information, and order status and/or warranty questions
Communicate territory activity, architect and trade contacts, project opportunities, project status, competitive activity and other pertinent market and field information through CRM
Enter sales orders and verify for accuracy, correct pricing and delivery schedule
Manage and follow-up on open quotes and existing sales orders
Collect deposits and payments and provide assistance with customer account receivable issues
Act as a liaison between the Company and the customer to resolve product, delivery, warranty and other issues
Receive and store product and deliver samples, parts and products
Determine market strategies and goals for the territory to ensure comprehensive market coverage for all product brands, in all market segments; including new construction and remodels

Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in outside sales in decorative railings, ornamental railings, building materials or construction related products calling on builders and contractors
Excellent interpersonal skills and experienced at using consultative selling techniques to build relationships and grow sales
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Interior Design or Construction
A road warrior with a valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record
Ability to work a flexible schedule, which includes some evenings, weekends, and overnight travel based on Company and customers’ needs
Strong computer skills including a high level of proficiency using Microsoft Office, experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software desirable
Confident, self-motivated and enjoys working in new situations
Strong presentation skills along with effective, professional and persuasive verbal and written communication skills
Calm working under pressure with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
Strong mechanical aptitude with an attention to details, project management experience helpful
Highly competent in the areas of accuracy, organization, planning, and problem solving
