Responsibilities:

  • Answer calls from service technicians and other personnel to grant access to equipment on roof tops at multiple locations.
  • Research necessary details in order to allow access to the personnel.
  • Heavy filing.
  • Other administrative duties as required.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of administrative experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented.
  • MS Office experience.
