Frontline Source Group – temporary staffing and direct hire firm – is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist for our NW Houston, TX client on a temporary basis.

Your role with the company:
This is approximately a 2 month project assisting with the Accounts Payable department. As a manufacturing facility experience with full-cycle payables, 3-way match, and ability to work with high volume is preferred. Daily duties include entering invoices; ensure timely payment; properly coding invoices to the GL; communicate with vendors; and 1099 reporting as requested.
Background profile:
Knowledge of Macola software is a plus
3+ years of full-cycle Accounts Payable experience
Excellent & Professional written and verbal communication
Team player and reliable
Self starter / able to work with little supervision
Ability to learn quickly & make proper judgments when necessary
