SUMMARY:
Our Houston, TX company is currently looking for an Administrative Assistant to assist the Private Events Department.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answer phone calls of Director
Respond to emails of Director
Manage calendar
Organize schedules
Organize meetings
Handle billing

REQUIREMENTS:
Strong preference given to someone with Catering or Private Event experience
5+ years experience as an administrative assistant
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Extreme attention to detail
Highly organized
Extremely presentable and polished
Ability to work over time as needed
