Frontline Source Group – temporary staffing and direct hire firm – is looking for an Appointment Setter for our Dallas, TX client on a direct hire basis.
Position Description:
Telephone based appointment setting for a telecom vendor
Take warm leads and turn them into appointments
If you meet goals, you can go home for the week early and still make your salary and commission
Owners of company want loyal employees who also work hard but have a life outside of work!
Make 100 outbound calls a day to achieve ten appointment sets per week
Position Qualifications:
One or more years experience in Appointment Setting/Inside Sales
Strong influencing and persuasion skills
Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
Outstanding telephone skills
Ability to get to key decision makers in the organization
Ability to identify and overcome objections
High levels of energy, initiative and self-motivation
A promote-from-within philosophy and opportunities for advancement
Basic Computer skills
Results-oriented
Dependable
Exceptional verbal communication skills
