Frontline Source Group – temporary staffing and direct hire firm – is looking for an Archestra SCADA Engineer for our NW Houston, TX client, located in the Jersey Village area, for a direct hire opportunity.

Responsibilities:
Lead role in designing the SCADA system and specifying hardware and software components to comply with system specifications
Effectively communicate with the Project Managers and Project Engineers at all stages, from proposal stage, design, development, testing, commissioning, and life of field support
Required Skills:
BS Electrical/Computer Engineering or Computer Science
5+ years of closely related experience
Proficient and highly skilled with Wonderware’s® Application Server Design and Optimization (includes specifying hardware, design and setup/layout of automation objects, I/O drivers, view nodes, etc.), design and use of ArchestrA symbols and InTouch integration, and Setup and optimization of Historian and Historian Trend Client
Strong communications skills, both verbal and written
Willing to travel internationally and to offshore facilities for 20% to 30% of the time
Preferred Skills:
Wonderware® SystemPlatform/Archestra Certification
PLC programming experience
