Our client in Southlake, TX is looking for a Business Analyst on a contract basis. The selected candidate will have the following skill set:

Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will have the ability to work with the Enterprise Governance Team and various cross-functional teams to coordinate and manage the process of reviewing projects that may be selected for Governance.

Job Responsibilities:
Manage the front door for the project estimation process (Rough Order of Magnitudes- ROMs) for Travel Network (TN)
Onboard ROM’s into Governance pipeline (Data sources – ROM list, Primavera project management tool)
Manage the front door for the project estimation process for Travel Network and Airline solutions – AS (Preliminary Budget Estimates -PBEs)
Onboard PBE’s into Governance pipeline (Data sources – PBE list, emails, BRD’s)
Develop agendas, schedule meetings, summarize and publish notes and action items
Run Meetings – as required
TN product plans – set up data for disposition by EG stakeholders
AS product plans – set up data for disposition by EG stakeholders
Add appropriate documents to EG project database on SharePoint
Serve as a conduit between developers, architects, designers and with internal and external customers
Work with cross-functional teams to address business or systems solutions
Prepare input to proposals, audits, functional requirements
Creates presentations and reports for existing and potential clients
Develop and maintain EG project documentation library to facilitate consistent and accurate information to be used for research, audit responses and internal updates

Requirements:
5+ years of related experience required
Bachelor of Science Degree or equivalent working experience required
Must possess excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously required
Understanding of client-server architectures and integration with legacy systems preferred
Experience setting up documentation library is highly preferred
Ability to work across various technical and business teams required
In-depth knowledge of Excel, SharePoint and Microsoft Office products required
