Our Fort Worth, TX client is seeking a Business Operations Analyst on a contract to possible hire basis.
Purpose:
Looking for a business analyst that can design and document work flows, manage and provide solutions and concepts using the latest technology, tools, and best practices. As a business analyst, must be willing to quickly learn and understand business requirements and business processes, and then translating them into solutions. This position is vital in developing information and management reports that will be the basis for strategic decisions.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Industrial Distribution or any related field from an accredited institution, MBA is an added advantage
2-4 years of business operations experience in distribution, SCM, industrial or oilfield operations
Advanced skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
Database management experience utilizing SQL and Excel required
ERP experience (in terms of functionality, data mining, etc.)
Continuous Improvement (CI) training or LEAN/SIX SIGMA a plus
Ability to analyze and document complex business processes
Ability to make effective decisions under pressure
Ability to think analytically and should be a problem solver
Ability to gather and interpret relevant data and information
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts
Effective project management skills
