Our client in Fort Worth, TX is looking for a C Programmer Analyst for a direct hire opportunity. This global organization is headquartered here in Texas. The selected candidate will have the following skill set:
Position Description:
Responsible for interfacing with end users to gather and verify project requirements, prepare technical specifications, design, code and thoroughly test applications and verify functionality through implementation. Experience with warehouse application systems heavily preferred.
The chosen candidate will be extremely reliable and have the ability to have control of a number of tasks/situations at one time.
Position Requirements:
Four to seven years experience in IT or related field
HS Diploma or GED equivalent required
Proficiency in C
Experience in UNIX, preferably AIX and some knowledge of Unix Shell scripting
Possesses strong analytical and problem solving skills to include the ability to analyze and test a wide array of application changes
Possesses strong attention to detail skills
Possesses strong organizational skills
Ability to analyze the impact of decisions before execution
Possesses interpersonal skills and the ability to work within a muti-team environment and interface with end users
Ability to multitask on several projects
