Frontline Source Group  – temporary staffing and direct hire firm – is looking for a Certified Government Meeting Professional (CGMP) with a TS/SCI for San Antonio, TX client, located at Lackland Airforce Base, for a Direct Hire opportunity.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Under limited supervision, analyzes actual and predictable interacting operational activities of a military, governmental, or business system to obtain quantitative, rational basis for decision-making or resources allocation.
Uses modeling and measuring techniques, mathematics, statistical methods, engineering methods, operational techniques, and other principles and laws of scientific and/or economic disciplines in determining solutions.
Plan, coordinate, and conduct Information Operations (IO) support for the USAF and OSD.
Ability to conduct theme development and coordination for IO events, analysis of IO topics, planning agendas, proposing themes, writing/reviewing white papers, assessments and briefings, and identifying and recruiting expert support from industry and Government.
Ability to provide the comprehensive logistical support demanded for executing successful IO support conferences and workshops/meetings. Logistics support planning includes managing event execution; event registration, venue identification and selection, providing for event lodging, overseeing security arrangements, shipping and storage of equipment, local transportation, food considerations and protocol.
Ability to develop and manage a comprehensive Work Management Plans (WMP).
Ability to identify, recruit, and provide the guest speakers, along with the presentations, demonstrations, and exhibitions for scheduled events.
Ability to publish event information, announcements, publicity, and registration instructions.
Ability to establish event agendas, conduct the event, capture event minutes and action items, and publish event reports.  Reports items include participant lists, minutes/proceedings, surveys, lessons learned, and final post-event content analysis.
Ability to prepare post-event logistics analyses capturing future trends, gauging IO community effectiveness, and future event planning.
Ability to manage all IO event speakers, presentations, displays, demonstrations, and exhibitions.
Ability to plan for and provide all event logistics including facilities meeting size, security requirements, and Joint travel regulation schedules.
Ability to prepare for future IO events; assessing and addressing event lessons learned and IO trends; projecting the scope and locations for the next IO events; and presenting its plan at the final stakeholder meeting immediately following each event.
IO subject matter expert providing analysis and assessments of the IO domain and recommends potential IO exploitation avenues.
Ability to establish and maintain a Quality Control Plan (QCP). 

Requirements:
Certified Government Meeting Professional (CGMP) (Required)
TS/SCI clearance is required
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, economics, or related field.
Four years’ research analyst experience. (Two years of experience may be substituted for one year of education.)
