Our Nashville,TN client is looking for a full time Claim/Coder Verification Specialist to join their team on a temp to hire basis.
Duties:
Review up to 100 claims per day
Audit of patient files to determine accuracy of coding and documentation.
Communication of results back to providers.
Identify and communicate to management claims issues for billing/collection areas.
Consistent, regular, punctual attendance as scheduled
Requirements and Qualifications:
Must have 3-5 years of Primary or Urgent Care billing experience
Needs to know E Clinical softwared program
Dependable and able to commit to a long term assignment
Excellent communication skills
Demonstrated professionalism
Proven ability to communicate with payors, clinical staff, and accountants.
Self-starter; can initiate and perform tasks without continuous direction
Must be HIGHLY detail oriented and efficient
