Frontline Source Group – temporary staffing and direct hire firm – is looking for a Commercial Real Estate Associate for our Downtown Houston, TX client on a direct hire basis.
Summary:
Our client is seeking an Associate to join a dynamic team and have a meaningful impact on the company’s growth. Candidates should have strong quantitative and qualitative abilities, excellent writing skills and strong time management abilities.
Associate will function as an integral part of a deal team and must have the ability to effectively interface with senior partners. This person must perform at a high level in a highly time sensitive environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
Financial Analysis
Underwriting
Due diligence review
Preparation of pitch presentation materials
Confidential offering memoranda
Assimilation, maintenance, and analysis of real estate capital markets data
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in commercial real estate investment banking or real estate capital markets.
Complete and thorough knowledge of real estate fundamentals.
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with proven background in financial modeling using Excel and ARGUS software as well as logical reasoning abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines with accuracy and excellence.
Commercial real estate financial experience on debt-loan side a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate finance or related discipline is preferred, but will assess experience in lieu.
Disciplined research competence and ability to analyze trends in large datasets.
