Our Downtown Houston, TX client is in need of a Contract Commercial Trading Attorney for an approximate 5 month contract.
Requirements:
7+ years of experience in commercial trading of crude and products (NOT gas and power)
Experience with trading related to crude oil and certain other products (diesel, biofuels, lubricants, etc.)
7+ years’ experience with structured deals, ethanol offtake agreements, GTLs, and issues related to terminals, rails and barges
Demonstrated ability to work well with all levels of an organization to effectively negotiate complex agreements, while managing a team required to perform under pressure
Experience mentoring and guiding junior attorneys
