Our Dallas, TX client is looking for a Contract Recruiter to join their team on a contract basis.

Overview:
Coordinates the corporate recruiting, relocation and internship programs. Confers with management and supervisors to identify personnel needs, job specifications, job duties, qualifications, and skills. Coordinates interviews with management and HR, in addition to follow-up meetings. Coordinates the onboarding process. Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.

Responsibilities:
Recruits, researches, interviews, screens and refers qualified job candidates to hiring managers. Executes the full recruiting life cycle from recruit to hire.
Confers with management and supervisors to identify personnel needs, job specifications, job duties, qualifications and skills.
Develops and maintains network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates; utilize a variety of venues to source candidates: career events, referrals, job boards, cold calling, social media and creative online searches.
Reviews applications and interviews applicants to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements, and to provide information about the organization and position.
Writes and places job advertising in various media.
Develops and coordinates internal job posting program and writes postings.
Contacts potential new-hires and maintains contact with new-hire through the completion of the hiring process.
Responsible for resume and applicant tracking database integrity and consistency, including entering resumes and logging any and all correspondence and feedback relating to candidates in applicant tracking system.
Conducts new employee orientation; administers pre-employment tests; conducts background and reference checks.
Ensures that all new employee documentation and forms have been received and are in the employee’s file.
Participates in various networking and local recruiting events. Keeps abreast of search tools, sourcing methods, best practices and industry trends.
Acts as liaison with area employment agencies.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in high volume recruiting environment. Knowledge of internet recruiting strategies and recruitment based web sites and sourcing tools
1-3 plus years related work experience in human resources. Previous recruiting and applicant tracking experience is preferred.
Excellent customer service skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent telephone and oral communication skills.
Great organizational skills.
Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
Proficient in Word and Excel.
High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and be a team player.
