Frontline Source Group – temporary staffing and direct hire firm – is looking for a National Sales Recruiter for our Nashville, TN client on a temporary to possible hire basis.
Purpose:
Drives all aspects of the recruiting process for field sales, and field general management staffing needs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers to review job requisitions, define and validate key position requirements
Meets with managers to develop specific recruiting plans
Use traditional and non-traditional resources to identify and attract quality candidates
Source, recruit, and pre-screen candidates
Assess candidates to determine whether their capabilities match job requirements
Determine job offer details, prepare and extend new-hire offers
Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future consideration
Develop and provide weekly recruiting reports to the VP of Human Resources
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Well organized, detail oriented, and has capacity to multi-task
Proven ability to self-motivate and work independently and as part of a team
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively provide valuable and timely customer service to candidates, hiring managers and senior level management
Understanding of current federal/state regulations related to employment
General Human Resources knowledge and understanding of common recruiting metrics
Proficient with MS Office
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree
3-5 years related experience
Field sales recruiting experience desirable
