Our Dallas, TX client is seeking a Corporate Analyst on a Direct Hire basis.
Position Overview:
Located at our corporate office in downtown Dallas, the Corporate Analyst will support a Director and a Managing Director of our Asset Management team. This group directly supports the CFO and COO.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide analysis and performance metrics for the following:
Acquisitions – acquired portfolio trends and characteristics
Rehab – on-time and on-budget performance
Leasing – time on market, rental rates, concessions
Property Management – occupancy, renewals, operating expenses, maintenance, real estate taxes
Financial Reporting and Accounting – portfolio and operating results to support periodic and ad-hoc financial reporting and presentations
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree
2-5 years’ of analytical experience in residential or commercial real estate operations or management; finance and accounting knowledge a plus
Expert/advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel 2010 or later
Experience in SQL queries and/or PowerPivot HUGE plus
Experience using real estate management software such as ARGUS or Yardi
Experience using a CRM or other database such as Dynamics, Salesforce or SAP
Excellent attention to detail, judgment and problem-solving ability
Excellent organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Good communication and teamwork skills; ability to interact with all levels of the organization
Ability to travel and work nights/weekends as necessary
