Our West Fort Worth, TX based client is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to assist their General Counsel on a temp to possible hire basis.
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience as a corporate paralegal
Inventory index corporate minute books
Must be very professional and personable
Able to handle multiple projects and deadlines, working with clients to respond to discovery requests, including organize and production of documents, ability to read and summarize key points of depositions
Great organizational skills
Must be detail-oriented
Must be proactive in follow up with clients
Ability to work in fast paced, entrepreneurial environment is required
Strong command of MS Office
