Frontline Source Group – temporary staffing and direct hire firm – is looking for a Corporate Recruiter for our Dallas, TX client on a temporary/contract basis.
Position Description:
Recruit, screen, and interview candidates as appropriate for non-exempt and exempt level positions throughout the company using behavioral interviewing techniques
Identify and utilize cost effective sourcing techniques to identify candidates though internet/web mining, networking, cold calling, job fairs and other creative techniques
Responsible for conducting pre-employment testing, processing background checks, generating offer letters and collecting interview notes from managers on all candidates
Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in the efficiency of the recruiting process
Provide direction and position information to placement agencies for professional searches.
Assist with HR related projects as needed
Position reports to the Director of HR
Position Requirements:
5-8 years full cycle recruiting in Luxury Design, Furniture, Textiles and/or Wholesale companies
Linkedin and social media recruiting expert
College degree
Polished, positive and loves people
Comfortable and able to work with all levels of management
Conduct background checks, references, schedule interviews
Candidate On-boarding a strong plus
